Theresa Evans
I am a professional artist and qualified Art teacher (B.Ed. Hons Art & Design), living and working in the beautiful Peak District, UK. I have exhibited widely throughout the UK at, both solo and group exhibitions. I love oil pastels for their verstility, colour and texture. I often use them with acrylic inks, building up layers of pastel and using dark inks to enhance the shadow areas. This gives a wonderful broken quality to the colour as the oil pastel randomly resists the inks. My website is www.paintimpressions.com.
